With the Fit Bit I can set my step goals, weight goals and more. I can enter my food, treats, snacks and keep count of calories with ease. It even has a sleep mode to montitor how well your sleep pattern is doing. So cool! I love how it integrates between the laptop and cell phone. I was bouncing around all over the place, running to my phone, syncing then looking at my stats. There is so much this little buddy does that makes staying active fun and interesting. I noticed I have been taking extra steps becuase my score goes higher. Fit Bit even has a section where you can add friends and set up challanges with each other. Motivation station right there. What better way to stay active, then having an accountability partner?
