Random thoughts of a productive procrastinator
As I was bending down into a twisty yoga pose earlier, it suddenly dawned on me, that the year was coming to a close and what that meant to me. 2015 has been such a definitive and changing year. It was the year we ridded our selves of that which doesn't serve us or our wellbeing. We left toxic jobs, relationships, took leaps, jumps and even ran from situations that didn't give us purpose. I myself went through many changes this past year and I am ready to hit 2016 with full force.
2015 pushed us into a massive shift, we radically dove into an accession of personal power. Many of us who had a long standing relationship with insecurities, left them behind to find a new found confidence. We began to speak our truth, find connections and forgive those that we needed to let go. 2016 is going to be the year of productiveness, doing, and putting things in place to ensure our futures. I can't begin to express the excitement I have for the new year. Books, packages and growing my business even more. Bringing my services to more and more people everyday!
But the new year isn't all about professional growth, we are going to go into a major year of, "getting our life", as one of my besties says. We will start to explore our dreams and passions more, go on more adventures and begin to discover ourselves. Which as many know, this is one of my favorite things ever! From the time I was in my mid twenties I have absolutely loved diving into a new motivational book, getting new tips and tricks to bring happiness to my life. I am currently re-reading the very first one that started the journey for me, Add more Ing to your life: A Hip Guide to Happiness By Gabrielle Bernstein. I highly recommend this book, I have kept it close to my heart for a very long time.
So the next couple of weeks as we head into the new year, start thinking about what you want to pursue in the new year. I know what my list is and I am ready to do my part. Keep a look out for more updates, news and goodies. Have a wonderful Holiday and if I don't speak to you till the new year, have a wonderful time bringing it in.
